Thank You, Volunteers

To our volunteers,

To celebrate National Volunteer Appreciation Week, we want to take a moment to offer our heartfelt thanks to each of you who so generously give your time, energy, and expertise in support of the CHEST mission.

Your dedication as pulmonary and critical care experts makes a profound difference—not only to our organization but to the entire field and, most importantly, to the patients who rely on the care and innovation that your work supports. Through your contributions to our educational programs, guidelines, and clinical resources, you help set the standard for excellence and continuously work to improve patient care and outcomes.

The work of the association simply would not be possible without you, and if you need proof of how much we do together, take a look at the CHEST Annual Report 2024 to see all that you helped to accomplish in just this past year.

Whether you’re mentoring future leaders, contributing to clinical statements, reviewing evidence, or helping design and deliver meaningful education, your volunteer efforts are the backbone of our progress. You bring real-world insight into everything you do, and that elevates our work to the highest level.

Your commitment inspires us all and reminds us of the incredible power of a dedicated community. We are truly grateful for your partnership and proud to stand with you in advancing the clinical practice of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. We look forward to seeing everyone in Chicago for CHEST 2025 to celebrate everything we do together and CHEST's 90th anniversary!
