Enhance your procedural skills with hands-on training in procedures that are vital for clinicians and others working in critical care. Experts will help you gain essential experience performing procedures and troubleshooting through didactic training, live-model ultrasound landmarking, and task trainer simulations. Participants will develop capability in central venous and arterial line insertion, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, paracentesis, lumbar puncture, intraosseous insertion, and suturing.

Your tuition fee includes attendance at all course sessions and electronic access to course materials. (Printed materials or flash drives will not be provided.) Lunch and refreshments during breaks will be provided. Breakfast is available at CHEST-affiliated hotels.

Cancellation Policy

Tuition refund requests for this course must be received in writing by 4 weeks prior to the course start date for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Refunds will not be given after 4 weeks prior to the course start date. If you choose "Become a Member" when you register, only your course registration can be cancelled. No refunds will be given for membership.

CHEST reserves the right to cancel this course no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date. If a cancellation is necessary, your registration fee will be refunded, but CHEST is not responsible for other costs of attendance, such as travel.
